Neviscater is sold as a subscription. You start on a free trial, then choose a plan. Your plan decides which features are available, how many extra logins you get, and a few metered limits.
Free trial
New accounts get a 10-day free trial with full access. The days left are shown in the top bar; reminders are sent 7, 3 and 1 day before expiry. Click Upgrade Plan in the top bar at any time to subscribe — everything you set up during the trial stays.

Premium-only items show a plan badge next to them in the sidebar. Clicking a badged item on Standard opens the Plan Details dialog with Upgrade Now.
Metered items
Two things are limited by count rather than by plan:
- Restore Points — manual restore points are kept up to a limit (older ones roll off); automatic pre-restore and pre-import snapshots are kept separately. See Saving and Restoring Your Data.
- Text Conversions / GenAI features — translations and AI generation consume usage; see Text Conversions.
Upgrade or renew
- Top bar → Upgrade Plan / Renew Subscription (or the ⓘ menu → Plan Details). The dialog shows Plan Type, Trial or Subscription and Valid Until.
- Choose the plan and period and pay online (UPI, cards, net banking via the payment gateway). The subscription activates immediately; a receipt is emailed.
Only the main account owner can change the plan.
If you do not renew
Access to the app is paused when the subscription or trial ends — Your data will still be available whenever you choose to renew your subscription. Nothing is deleted; renew and carry on where you left off. Downgrading from Premium hides the premium screens but keeps their data (vendors, POs, staff) for when you upgrade again.

All prices are in Indian Rupees and exclusive of 18% GST, which is added at checkout. The renewal fee applies from the second year onward. Prices may change without prior notice; the amount shown in the upgrade dialog at the time of payment is the one charged.
Enterprise carries every Premium feature on infrastructure of your own: an isolated deployment on your own database instance, a custom domain with white-labelling, single sign-on and audit logging, API access and custom integrations, multi-branch consolidated reporting, a custom data-retention policy, and dedicated onboarding, migration and SLA. It is priced per agreement based on the number of users, integrations and support level; ask for a quote via Contact Us on the website.

Common questions
A feature I used in the trial is now badged. The trial includes Premium features; the Standard plan does not. Upgrade to Premium to use it again.
I need more than 5 logins. Contact us for Enterprise seats.
Can I pay yearly? Yes — choose the period in the upgrade dialog.
