The Dashboard is the first screen after signing in to Neviscater: a set of widgets that summarise the coming events, the order pipeline, money outstanding and collected, wastage and recent activity, each linking to the full screen behind it. You choose which widgets appear. It is under Core → Dashboard (or click the Neviscater logo), and is configured under Application Setup → Preferences → Dashboard.
Widgets
| Widget | Shows | Link |
|---|---|---|
| Order Calendar | A month view with every event on its date; click a day to see the events and jump to the order. Colour reflects the order status. | Orders |
| Order Pipeline | Orders counted by status — Enquiry, Booked, Locked, Executed, Closed — so you can see what is coming and what needs closing. | Orders list filtered by that status |
| Outstanding Balances | Total customer money still due, and vendor dues. View orders where customer payments are still pending. | View Outstanding Balances →, View Vendor Dues → |
| Payments Collected | Money received in the period — This Month, 3 Months, 6 Months, This Year, All Time | Payments Received |
| Wastage | Wastage value for the period and the orders that still need actuals | View Full Report → (Wastage Report) |
| Recent Activity | The latest changes made in the account and by whom | View all activity → (Activity Log) |
Widgets that depend on a plan feature (Wastage → Wastage Analytics, Recent Activity → Staff Management) are shown only when that feature is available.
Low-stock materials (stock below the Low Stock Threshold) are surfaced through the Alerts bell in the top bar rather than a widget; see Materials and Inventory.
Top bar
On every page:
- Search (Ctrl+K) — jump to any screen or help article.
- Trial / subscription status — days left and Upgrade Plan / Renew Subscription links; see Plans and Subscription.
- Alerts bell — low stock, pending actuals and other notices.
- ? — help for the current screen; ⓘ — Help Centre, about, version.
- Your name — profile, logout.
Common questions
A widget is missing. Turn it on in Preferences → Dashboard, or check the plan feature behind it.
Calendar shows nothing. Events are plotted by Event Date; orders without events do not appear. Add events to the order.
Payments Collected does not match my accounts. It counts customer payments by Payment Date, across all orders; vendor payments are not included.
